Hi, I see the banner this way... I dont know what resolution are you using but it looks like a little bit smaller than mine. For me its not a problem, I can live with that. Just asking if it is supposed to be this way.

Just asking if it is supposed to be this way. Hi Joe! I'm so sorry that the banner is being shown like that the banner settings on this website are....weird to say the very least. It zooms in on the image for no reason, it'll checkerboard the banner if it's not big enough and I've been trying to work around it but it's been a...tiresome process. Let me try moving it to the right a little bit and see if that works!

Ugggghhhhhh It's so annoying! I may just end up making a new version of this banner and put everything in the middle. Just give me a few hours!

Screen size and resolution will play a factor on the banner there. On my end I see the whole thing with just a little bit of extra space where it used to double over. But when I'm on my phone I see half the banner. exactly, but I wanted to be nice, so I said its okay anyway, just check what are the dimensions for the banner, somewhere must be written the numbers X / Y, maybe its too small or some settings... or I can do it

The thing is that it doesn't tell you the width of the banner. The height is adjustable so I have it set to 300 px right now. So I figured the banner would be around 600 px in length so I made the banner to try the fit the top perfectly. The only issue is that it automatically has this sort of "ken burns" effect on the photo after you upload it where it just zooms in on the banner and crops stuff out and it makes you position it to one of their preset positions so...yeah. I'd imagine you'd understand my annoyance.

for reference, this is how it's SUPPOSED to look, on my mac it crops the entire area below her chin and most of her right eye

Hey Sydney,
the cut off is a sign the banner is too large, you need to resize it to the size of the banners for here. I might be able to do this by putting it in a program real quick. Let me see if it edits it too much.
