the issue is not the banner it's the website itself. Any time I try doing anything it zooms in on the picture even if it's perfectly sized.
For the record, no I am not editing anything on my iPhone nor have I this entire time. I use my mac for everything.
Jazzy I can try uploading your banner but like I said, it's not a matter of the picture itself. The settings on this website are wonky and difficult.

I rue-loaded the banner with the picture Jazzy resized and it does look better on my computer but I can't tell how it looks on anyone else's

I probably should have said something before you went and changed it but I messed with that a little bit last night when the forums died down. I increased the height of the banner, pushed it to the left, and turned the background behind it black to hide any overhang. Oh sorry! I kind of came on here at 3:30 in the morning after falling into the hole that is playing the sims...So I just did what everyone suggested here. I was wondering why the height grew from 300px to 400px though

The banner looks different on different devices. Probably depending on the resolution. On my ipad the banner is not showing entirely (low resolution). On my PC there's an additional black rectangle next to the banner (high resolution). I'm not a coder, but somebody posted this on the proboards forum: "If you're trying to make it match the dimensions of your forum you'll need to make your forum a pixel width rather than a percentage width in Themes > Colors & Theme Creator so it's consistent across all screen resolutions." That makes sense to me. Otherwise the banner will always vary (and look bad) depending on the resolution of the user. Hope this helps.

Could you make a How-To on how to change the banner you view to the default banner?
