I had an eyebrow piercing when I was 17. I don't wear it anymore, but it was cool while it lasted.
I had my ears pierced when I was a baby but I stopped wearing ear rings

The only piercings I can stand are earrings... I don’t like piercings anywhere else. And I don’t like earrings on guys. But the worse thing of all are the giant hole piercings. Gross and ugly.
Okay, I'm alone on this one.

I decided not to get mine when my dad said he didn’t exactly love earrings. He wouldn’t of stopped me from getting them, but I decided he was right.... I’m not a huge fan of them. I want them sometimes because they make such cute ladybugs and stuff, but... I don’t think I’d really like them in the end. Both of my parents have their ears pierced. My mother actually used to have three piercings in both ears. If you like all that cutesy stuff, you could still find ladybugs in clip-on form. I used to wear those when I was younger. So you could wear the bugs for a day and take them off afterwards with no permanent damage. I can actually make clip on earrings out of regular earrings, as I have the Girl Scout junior jewelry badge but, they hurt so bad! I can’t hardly wear them for an hour.

I got my ears pierced when I was like 14 but passed out from the needle. XD nonetheless my ear didn't take to cheap metals so I let them grow over. I have no piercings now. But outside the ears I always liked those nostril piercings where you could put a little stud in there. That, and snake bites look cool. I've had mine for a year now and haven't had any issues. I've followed the instructions given to me by the kiosk, Piercing Pagoda. Used the solution, rotated them, took them out once to clean them. But all of a sudden I've had an allergic reaction. A little swelling near the lobe. Not infected, but still. I don't get why I'd have a reaction now after all this time. I read somewhere that sometimes with cheaper studs the plating wears down and the metal alloys in the earrings can be exposed to your skin and cause a reaction. So I think I'll be fine as long as I change to sterling silver a.s.a.p. Or straight up gold, from my reading. yeah that's what I would've needed to do but my family can't really afford it so, it was easier to just let them go. </3

Have you considered buying some of the pads they have for them? For clip-ons you can buy a small pad to go on the back part so it doesn't cause as much pressure pain.

From a guys perspective (speaking for myself that is, I can't and don't speak for everybody) I don't like piercings. Any of them. Ears, nose, whatever. Too many is actually a pretty big turn off for me. I also see them as a distraction and there's times I've found myself staring at someone's piercing (especially nose/lips) instead of looking at their eyes/face when talking to them. Again this is just my opinion which is no different than anybody else's. If you want to pierce something, don't let my opinion stop you. It's your body not mine. I'm beginning to think that guys (obviously those who don't have piercings themselves.) dislike piercings on girls. And most women think that they do like it.
Huh.
That's true. Guys who don't have piercings will tend to dislike piercings, especially if they are "extreme". And guys who do have piercings themselves, won't hold it against you if you don't have any (if they do, you don't want such a guy anyway). So your safest bet is not having piercings. Same goes for tattoos btw. As for earrings: in general guys don't mind those at all as long as it's not overdone. Large earrings, lots of earrings and other objects through your ears, can be a turn-off for quite a few guys. It's probably worth mentioning that you never should do something like that for a guy anyway. You need to have very good reasons for yourself to get piercings or tattoos. And you shouldn't take such a decision lightly. Those are life changing steps, it's not like buying a sweater. And from my observation it can easily turn into an addiction and people mutilate their body.

I think you might be going a bit far with the whole "turning into an addiction" thing, and I'm going to outright disagree on Tattoos. I don't have any, but I do enjoy looking at them. Especially the nicely designed, professionally done ones. I have no interest in the ones done with pen ink at home, but a good tattoo isn't a turn off at all. That's okay, that's your personal preference. But that doesn't make what I said less true. Look at how many people start with one tattoo/piercing and end up with lots of them. And they are often far from meaningful or good looking after a few. Look at Harry Styles: it looks like a kid drew doodles on his body.
