My issue is that if Timothy was lying, Melanie could just say 'These allegations are false and will be cleared in court'. The fact she felt the need to defend herself and never denied that what supposedly happened happened suggests to me that it did. Melanie has taken next to no action following this to try and clear her name, and that screams suspicious to me. Now that you've mentioned court, you're right, but I also think Timothy's suspicious since she chose to report the story on Twitter, instead of taking it to court.

A girl named Timothy Heller, who is also a recording artist and used to be good friends with Melanie claims that Melanie sexually assaulted her. That although she didn't necessarily say 'no', she was uncomfortable with the situation of Melanie touching her and showed it, but Melanie persisted. I don't know how true it is. You know there's always 3 sides to every story. Now it's Timothy's, Melanie's, and the truth. Unless somebody was actually there, nobody could say for sure what happened. Timothy might be jealous that Melanie's career in music took off and hers hasn't, or Melanie might not be as real and respectful as she seems. Who knows. Oh, that’s terrible. It’s always hard to know who’s telling the truth... I usually side with the victim, but I like Melanie... Yeah, me too. At the same time, there are many holes in Timothy's allegation, so she may be lying.

If you want to look at this situation in more detail, I found a channel on Youtube, Mel's Corner, That updates news on the event very frequently: www.youtube.com/channel/UCPcB1ZIxpFDObsqvBBLIiPQAdding on, Melanie also recently dropped a new song, Piggyback: This song is only on SoundCloud, meaning that Melanie isn't earning money from it. This video down below analyses the lyrics in detail. ,

So I've been reading through things, and again there is a lot of things suggesting Melanie may very well be innocent. 6. There is a now deleted photo from her page where she basically was dressed up with a friend as a kidnapper and the friend all tied up and such as the "kidnapped". It was done after the incident. Some question why a victim would joke about that kind of thing. That picture seriously looked like BDSM. Which makes me question this more. Sorry, what's BDSM?

Most likely because the court system is massively skewed against the victim and will look for a way to say that the victim was at fault rather than trying to prove that the accused did it. The court process is also incredibly arduous for victims as they're forced to relive their trauma and have it implied that there's something they could have done differently to prevent whatever happened. She most likely went to Twitter because she wanted to get on with her life and let it be known what happened without having to go through the tough process of going to court, plus you have to remember that she was Melanie's friend. She may not want to see someone who she thought was a good friend sent to prison or receiving a strict punishment, and it may be that it's the easiest way for her to move on by making the incident public without pressing charges.

That picture seriously looked like BDSM. Which makes me question this more. Sorry, what's BDSM? BDSM is bondage, discipline (or domination), sadism, and masochism (as a type of sexual practice). (as defined by dictionary abbreviation) Basically, two people engage in sort of violent-appearing forms of sexual practice for enjoyment. They may make it appear they kidnapped the partner, tie them up, etc. (if someone wants to put a spoiler here Mew™ because I can't figure it out and this is kinda explicit)

from that page, this is actually pretty objective for a fan posting, mainly because she DOES show there is proof Melanie was at Timothy's house in MAY rather than June, but then it would be awkward that she claims they stopped speaking after but they appeared to still be quite friendly in June.
Which would still align with Melanie admitting they did do something. But was it rape is the real question.

You're right, but at the same time, if the court knew, they could come with a conclusion instead of have the whole World make comments.

I believe they both admitted to the event, but not what it actually was.

So... This is old news and it's kind of died away, Timothy had her moments of fame, but, here's another piece of evidence that Timothy is lying, from a body language point of view:
