I don’t think we’re gonna be getting anymore signed RED CDs, which is a real bummer. Lover and RED are my favorite albums and I hate for those to be the ones I’ll never have. Hopefully the next re-recordings won’t sell out so fast.

I really hate modern "customer service". I yesterday called 5 record stores that are near enough to reach them in two hours and are part of the RSD (we don't have any record stores in or near our city), I asked them if they're getting The Lakes on saturday, one was nice and said that they won't get it, they didn't ordered it, the other 4 all said it is ordered but they don't know if they'll get it, they arrive tomorrow (friday). when I said I'll call tomorrow again, all 4 said I should'nt call, they have better things to do than telling people on the phone what records they received, I just should stay in front of the store when it opens at 9am on saturday. Great, 4 different stores more than one hour from my home where I should stay in front of them at 9am in the hope of them having one record I'm searching for? with Corona in the world? They must be stupid or something, guess I'll get it on Ebay.
