Do you think the Taylor Store is ever going to ship out the WANEGBT blankets? Like ever? I ordered it the night before the album came out. I can't even find the product page that says how long they will take to ship.

I can't even find the product page that says how long they will take to ship. Was it ordered by itself (on its own)? I would definitely email the online store (whichever one you ordered it from). They may take a bloody week to get back to you but they’ll give you an accurate estimate of when it should ship. The ones that were already made and were the first ones available should’ve shipped by now or several weeks ago. You may have ordered from the restock(s) after the original stock made available. I could look back at my screencaptures I took of stuff on the online store each time there was new merch if you’d like (for how many weeks it said). |

I finally caved and bought a signed Red TV on eBay. I didn't want to, as I didn't want to support the scalpers, but doesn't look like they'll be restocked and I don't think they make a great deal of profit anyway. I actually think this may be the one time, out of all releases, where it has been more beneficial to buy off eBay, as this lot of signatures are extremely inconsistent in quality. Half of them are smudged. The store actually sent this to someone as an 'acceptable' autograph... This one is the worst I've seen, but honestly, SO many of them are smudged. Like??? How??? did Taylor/her team just look at these and go 'okay, that'll do'??? There's been some dodgy signatures ever since Folklore, but this is another level....lmao... Holy mother of smudge batman! That is atrocious and should have never been put through to package, jfc her label sure is somethin. |

I am still waiting on my red pullover that I ordered the day the album was released. The only items that arrived was my red pajamas and willow globe. They sent me an email saying production was delayed and the shirt would ship as soon as possible. Well it's been months since I received that email. What is the email address for customer service? I want to contact them and find out what is going on.

My RED (tv) cardigan came in today and I'm obsessed with it! It fits better than my folklore cardigan. Only downside is that the UK store didn't send me any confetti!

I sent it out with my Christmas cards this year. No, the Canadian Online Store sadly doesn’t send confetti either. When they send stock to the international online stores they should send some confetti along with it for them to put in their orders. |

Are you all talking about thoese paper stars? I get a ton of thoese with every order. They even put them inside my TV Red blanket. My daughter likes them. I don't. They get everywhere. And the cat tries to eat them.
