Ummm... I don't think the audio is updated. Here' the info below the video:
It's still the same video uploaded back in 2009 and the audio used is still the BMR one.
I haven't watched it yet, but if they don't updated the audio, why is there stated that the song is You Belong With Me (Taylor's Version)? If they really updated the audio, then I'm not okay with it, they should've just posted a new video that is the same as the old one, just with the new audio. Sorry, I just listened to the 2 back to back and it is definitely the original audio for the video. It's just licensed to her new record label (and by extension, her) instead of to BMR. They must be working on trying to recollect her old music videos and buying back what they can. |

So I think, eventhough you are not allowed to use just any audio/video, it’s more of a gray area. BMR could demand their share. But it’s not that easy. The worst thing they can do, is ask Youtube to take it down. Youtube could easily refuse that. It wouldn’t be wise for BMR to try to sew Youtube. Even if they would win and get some money for the videos, all their music would be banned from Youtube forever. |

How much longer until the vinyl is out? I am holding off listening to the whole thing until I get it and IT IS KILLING ME. ......I mean...I wouldn't want to wait till August to listen to Fearless (TV).... I waited a couple of years for an album before so... I may break, but for now I am ok XD |

We Were Happy is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I love how the chorus sounds and the bridge, of course. This song may rip my heart to shreds but I still love it!

I just saw this but what's happening with the music vids is she's licensing them as covers. I don't know the full details of how it's happening, but that's what most experts have been saying she's been doing.

I LOVE the new Fearless album. It's so so good. I'm shocked Mr. Perfectly Fine didn't make the original album cut. It's so good and definitely a new all time fav of mine  |
