I'm so disappointed by the online store lately. I regret sending an email in response to messages from the online store in October I think that said how good I thought they were and they were great staff.
I sent a question message through the customer service thing on the store website early last week asking where my first order is that says "information received by UPS" and nothing else for the tracking number and about two later orders that still said "pending" after 8 business days and have STILL gotten no response. I sent one this weekend I think too as I'm starting to get p*ssed (or already am beyond p*ssed). I sent another one today as I got my second latest order (placed after this first one I'm mad about) saying I'm very disappointed with them lately and I want a f**king refund if I'm never going to get my package. That's very disappointing as it was supposed to have my "Old Taylor" sweatshirt in it. I guess I'm never getting one. I wonder how many weeks it'll take them to answer my message from today.
If a customer service doesn't respond for a long time is there any way to take it up with some government thing or something? This is f**king ridiculous. I want a refund for my $130+ USD order if I'm never going to get it. It's pathetic.

My order from November 30th is still pending. I don't know what they are doing all day long.
Last year in august I asked them a question through their form on the store site and I still wait for an answer.

Apparently it was maybe lost or wasn't scanned or something before it was shipped, but I still haven't gotten it. I should've known I wouldn't get the 'White Pullover Reputation Sweatshirt' and it was too good to be true. They said they could resend the order this afternoon but of course three items are sold out as usual so I wouldn't be getting three items. I said I want a refund as I'm sick of it. I wish by some Christmas miracle it would maybe show up by Christmas and it would be like a surprise and it would be a free order after I get a refund. Who knows where it will go or where it'll end up. I'll try not to think about it as it's p*ssing me off.

It would be really nice and decent if the online store sent free items that were on people's wish lists when they were giving away free gifts that way people got what they wanted but it would take more time to do that I guess and figure out which things to give or not. I wondered if that was part of the reason why they had the wish list feature or if it was solely just for people to share their wish list to people for things to buy them for gifts. But I don't know how or if you can even share your wish list.

I wondered if that was part of the reason why they had the wish list feature or if it was solely just for people to share their wish list to people for things to buy them for gifts. But I don't know how or if you can even share your wish list. Wish list features in webshops are mostly for statistical analysis. They gather what you choose, so they can send you customized offers to buy things (or remind you to buy what was/is on your wishlist). Would be great if they used it for customized free gifts, but I'm afraid they don't even consider that.

I can't believe how the lithographs are all gone now. It's shocking how fast sales can make things move and sell. There's only the 'Reputation Stadium Tour Lithograph #1' left if that's true (and the other ones are actually sold out now).

The stock has been really weird on the online store. For a while the gold 'Reputation' sunglasses were sold out it said and then it said only the silver ones were available. Now today it shows the silver is sold out and the gold and black ones are available. I just need the gold ones now...

I don't know if it's my computer or if the online store has changed but it's really weird how things you put in your cart get taken out like 15 minutes after you put it in (to buy later or remember). You used to be able to keep things in your cart for days or even weeks. And it automatically logs me out too after not very long.
