As much problems as I had with the German store over the last years, this time they really surprised me. My order with two shirts and the two posters from 1989 (Taylor's Version) arrived two weeks ago, but one poster wasn't in the packet. Some days later I got an email, saying they are sorry and it's not their standard. So they gave me a coupon code that is worth the value of the poster, plus give me a refund over the poster and will send me the poster as soon as it arrives at their store (which should be at the end of the month, they said).
