I still can't believe the store has left my order on the vinyls on 'pending' still! They have my money on hold and for all I know they could email me telling me "it's oversold". It's been nearly a week! They need more staff or something! I don't know what online shopping is like in the US in general but by Australian standards this is f*cking pitiful.

Yeah the online store order fulfilment has been pathetic. I read in their information that they would have a 7 day period during the holiday season where your order would finally be shipped out so they've been slower. I can imagine all the orders they'd get but they need to hire more people then.

I keep seeing these deals and they bug me. I keep thinking of all the people who bought stuff... like right now, snake rings 50% off. I know Callie got something, but did she get that? And the Meredith and Olivia bundles, what a price drop, really... the look what you made me do bundle, it’s basically the socks come with the stickers. Which I want because I love socks but I also think that okay that’s beside the point, I feel like everyone who bought before these deals are getting ripped off. Like I bought a Joey Logano shirt and hat with a 22% discount a few weeks ago, it was up to 50% off for Black Friday. I didn’t even look to see what the difference was, I don’t want to know XD I of course love deals and I personally haven’t been in a situation with buying anything from Taylor’s store... I’ve actually never bought anything from Taylor’s store... now I’m sad... XD, but I just feel for my friends who I feel are getting ripped off XD This is i feel kinda similar to what happened with all the "deals" they did for 1989 when it was available for pre-order... they had the three levels of packages, from pretty basic to a whole bunch of stuff... but then they ended up selling almost everything in the bundles individually anyway later, so i was like... I wouldn't have bothered getting the most expensive one i could afford if i knew they were going to be putting each individual item out later... because most of the stuff that came with the package i got i really didn't want, there were only a few things in it i DID want. which i would have bought separately later, and saved money by doing so.

The tracking number for my order that I made on November 19th 2018 (including my 'White Pullover Reputation Sweatshirt') is still stuck on "Ready for UPS" or "Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations"... :/// While my order I made on November 23rd 2018 says that it got to the Canadian border and is being processed or something.

The tracking number for my order that I made on November 19th 2018 (including my 'White Pullover Reputation Sweatshirt') is still stuck on "Ready for UPS" or "Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations"... :/// While my order I made on November 23rd 2018 says that it got to the Canadian border and is being processed or something. I would contact Taylors store about it when there doesn't happen anything for the rest of the week.

It’s been 8 business days (over the 7 business day policy around the holidays) since I made my latest two orders and they still say ”Pending”. Wow, this is pitiful. And I sent a question thing through the contact form a day or two ago and still haven’t gotten a response.
My once positive thoughts about the online store are changing.

It's now exactly one week since my last order and status is still pending. Well, I have no problems with it arriving after christmas, as long as it arrives. It would be nice to have it on christmas but it don't have to. They should give some money off of your order if it takes this freaking long. Their policies say that orders will ship within 7 business days after it was placed. It's been 8 business days for me, so I'm starting to get annoyed. No one seems to answer questions either.

As I said before, no one would put up with this here. Even by warning that there will be a delay, I think any more than 3 days without at least being picked is not acceptable. It's Christmas. Time is money. Taylor's brand has more than enough money to hire more staff for the store lmao

I don't think they've quite worked out the appropriate quota for everything they release. The number of each litho has been inconsistent because some sell out and others don't. I think they avoid producing 'too much' of something now in fear they can't sell enough. As for the staff, I've got no idea. It's absurd really.

Wow, holy sh*t. My orders finally say "Processing". I'm glad. When I checked mine last night and today, I was about to email them to ask what the f*ck was going on. My order went well over the 5-7 day bracket or whatever it was.
