I need some study tips/suggestions because I feel like I’m doing something wrong. What I’ve been doing is I’m very forgetful is writing everything down in a notebook and hoping it gets wired in my brain. It’s helped a little, but it takes so long to write everything down sometimes I end up forgetting everything. For the most part the things I’ve studied so far I understand more or less it’s just I have serious issues focusing and remembering what I’ve studied.
Any advice or tips would be appreciated and for anyone else struggling with studying we can talk about it here.

You might be a bit rusty. - Take your time to comprehend what you are reading and memorize it before you move on. Even if you have to read the same thing 10 times, moving on too quickly won't do you any good. - Write down the important parts and the things you are struggling with. - Try to find a personal connection to something (even if it's silly) to make it easier to memorize it. Good luck!

Turn off your wifi if you don't need it and study for 25 minutes and then have a 5 minute break. Those are my two main tips for everyone.

I suck at studying, so no advice XD Although I feel really in touch when I put on my fake glasses. It’s a mental thing, but hey, it works

What always helped me was making ample use of acronyms. For example, when I was prepping for my general lines insurance test I memorized hazards by using the acronym WCSHAVER. W - Wind C - Civil commotion S - Smoke H - Hail A - Aircraft V - Vehicle E - Explosion R - Riot
Things like that really help me.

Don't watch TV while studying. I can't do stuff properly if there is sound and something I get distracted by.

Thanks a ton for this post. My LSAT is also around the corner and sometimes I feel things are not getting inside my brain. I will also try writing down and learn. It’s good I came across this one. I will also share this tip with my friends who are preparing for exam.
