I'm trying to lose weight, I've started to change my diet by eating less junk, and I believe that I'm starting to lose weight.

Good to see this thread rolled over from the old TC. I still go to the gym, though I tend to slack off during the trimester because of study. On holidays at the moment so I try to spend about 6 hours a week doing some sort of strength training or cardio. My favourite at the moment is Hiit45.

I still run 3 times a week. This week I went spinning with a friend for the first time. I didn’t like it that much. The loud music put me off and the frequent change of rhythm annoyed me, especially because there was quite a bit of low cadence involved.

I loathe burpees, but this song makes them tolerable.

Pooped. Today was Super Saturday so we did 2 hours in total, with a cycle class, cardio/agility, strength training, high intensity strength training, core/toning, and stretching/pilates.

I’m gonna get back into fitness heading back to uni! I’ve missed it and I want to run a half marathon next year without getting injured so I’m going to start taking my running seriously again, plus I want to keep up my yoga because I feel so strong when I do it and it feels great!

I honestly don't know how I survived without going to the gym pre 2017 because it's been a struggle not having a membership for over a month

Tonight the instructor thought I was a regular because she said I had good form (I'm only new to the gym) THEN at the end they started fangirling about Taylor win win!

Yesterday I went for my first ride with my new road bike. I urged myself to start slow and get used to riding again. But less than a minute into my ride I got excited and gave it a serious push already Good thing I picked up my dad after that and was forced to ride slow with him.

Tonight I did a 'virtual' class, which means they just play a video in the workout room for when the instructors aren't available. I hadn't done one up until this point because I didn't think I could push myself, and I was self-conscious going in there on my own to work out to a video lmao, but I really liked it. I didn't have to rush to pack up, and I was still able to challenge myself so it'll be really good having these available.

I've been doing 'PE with Joe' this week as a way to get out of bed but also have something active to do and it makes me feel like a little kid and I love it

I miss my ballet classes so much right now but I don't think I'd be able to do them even if I wanted to right now. Work has been running me ragged.
