 I stopped weighing myself recently because I realize it doesn’t define me and it doesn’t define anyone else. It’s just a number man. Remember everything you’ve been through and overcome over the years, you know the type of person you’re, and a weight scale doesn’t change that. I used to weigh myself every day and sometimes multiple times a day. I don’t any longer because I don’t need too because I’m comfortable and confident with myself and that’s the vital thing. If you’re happy with yourself and your appearance then that’s the most important thing. |

I'm always disappointed with what the number is on the scale when I weigh myself (it keeps going up) so I hardly ever do it. |
