It depends what you're interested in. I regularly watch techtubers and gaming channels.
Music related I like the REACT channel and (related to REACT) the FBE (Fine Brothers Entertainment) channel.
For those who struggle mentally, I can advice Kati Morton. She's very good and explains stuff and answers questions people deal with.
If you like to think and are interested in Philisophy, The School Of Life is a fun channel.
I also like to watch celebrities on the Graham Norton Show. That's a low key British talk show with lots of fun and good guests.

For beauty/fashion I watch sunbeamsjess, Fleur De Force, Kate La Vie, Safiya Nygaard (she counts here right?), and Alix/ICovetThee
For travel vids I like Vagabrothers, RayaWasHere, HeyNadine, and Carrie Rad (although she does fashion stuff too)
For traditional vlog style vids I watch Vlogbrothers and NerdyAndQuirky
Educational/informational channels I like are CGPGrey, Wendover Productions, Alltime Conspiracies, and Alternate History Hub
Others that I watch are BeautyCreep (paranormal/Scottish/random videos), SortedFood, Buzzfeed Unsolved, Sarah Nourse, NonStopParis (those two are similar and do like vlogs as well as videos about being an expat and travel videos), Peruse Project (books!), h3 (comedy and YouTube criticism I guess), Drew Gooden (comedy), Todd In The Shadows (pop music criticism), and Alex and Maddie/Madeleine Olivia (vlogs and lifestyle stuff about veganism and living a greener life)

Kim beat me to recommending Kate lol.
I enjoy humorous but slightly insulting commentary so if you don't mind your faves getting brutally honestly ripped "cinema" and "music video" sins is awesome. Also Bart Baker and Key of Awesome for parodies.
Prince EA is an amazing inspirational youtuber. I highly recommend him.
I like Blaire White as a political youtuber. It depends where you stand but she is transgender and very open about it, even did a vlog about her recent appearance adjustment surgeries. She can be brutal to some perspectives though so it depends where you stand. A lot of her original videos I enjoyed was her ripping apart Unision for being a smart person who is going to do great things in life tho. XD
roostercrow rage quits are hilarious.
I also watch Watch Mojo countdowns way too much. XD

God my old post is just embarrassing now aha
Mostly I watch:
-Lucy Wood (lifestyle videos, she's in her late 20s and just has the right sort of life I want aha)
-Royalty Soaps (I love watching soap being poured)
-sunbeamsjess (fashiony and lifestyle stuff, she rarely posts but is ultra rich and a bit edgy and it's just interesting, she's also due a baby any day now)
-Plumbella (she's a simmer and she's in my broader friendship circle, would recommend)
-HojuSara (an Australian living in South Korea, basically living my dream life)
-Carrie Rad (lives in New Zealand, has a cute dog, a cute caravan, and likes to garden - also my dream life)
-The Endless Adventure (they're renovating a van and they're also one of the few travel channels that has taken the pandemic seriously)
-Hey Nadine (another travel channel taking the pandemic seriously, also due a baby soon)
