For most movies I wait for it to hit On Demand for rent, but for the rare movies that I have to see immediately I go to the theaters.

There's nothing quite like seeing a movie in a theater.

I prefer to wait for it to come out on DVD because it costs so much to go to the theaters these days.

It really depends on the movie for me. Some I'll just wait until it's on DVD but others I wanna see asap in theaters.

Wait for DVD, I don’t see the point in paying seven or eight dollars to see it once...

Wait for DVD, I don’t see the point in paying seven or eight dollars to see it once...the point is, better to pay seven or eight dollars to see if you like it, than pay twenty or thirty for the dvd or bluray without having seen the movie first and finding out you DON'T like it... then you've wasted a lot more money.

I can tell by the trailer I don’t have to get them when they first came out, unless I’m dying to see it. Like I paid over $20 for Mockingjay Part 2 and now I cringe seeing it in the $5 bin a couple years later

and i do prefer to get the dvds when they are first released, because you never know how long they'll be available...

I think I know if I can tell by the trailer -_- they lie. the whole point of trailers is to get you to go see a movie, so they may put the best six minutes of the movie in the trailer...
