just saw a really sweet little video of a flight attendant on a hawaiian airlines flight holding a little kid who'd been scared... the mother was already trying to comfort her other two kids... and this flight attendant came to help... it just showed her standing there, in the aisle, holding the child and gently rocking it from side to side... it was heartwarming to see.
