I've been obsessed and fascinated with dinosaurs and these movies since I was 2 years old. I think I actually remember laying on the back of the couch and being scared sort of when some of the dinosaurs would come on.

which of the first three is your favorite? I think for a while when I was younger I for some reason liked the second movie 'The Lost World: Jurassic Park', but I started to like the first movie 'Jurassic Park' more a few years ago. 'Jurassic Park III' is okay too, but I've read online a lot that people think the third movie was terrible. So that has sort of rubbed off on me I guess. My mom has always said that she likes the original movie ( 'Jurassic Park') the most, so maybe that's rubbed off on me too. |

You reminded me that I actually have to two 'Jurassic Park' books (that I want to read). I got them (if I can remember right) from a book store when my mom and I were in Edmonton in 2015 (for either my '1989' Tour concert or her Theresa Caputo experience thing). I haven't had time to read them yet. |

It's interesting that the 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom' movie is apparently going to be about or based on how there is an extinction event going on on the island (I heard Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard talk about this when they were on 'Ellen' yesterday).

I looked on my university's bookstore website and they have up the textbooks I need for most of my courses, and this is the textbook I need for the dinosaurs course I'm taking next term: 
For once, this will be a textbook I will actually like to read!
I was looking online a few months ago at different dinosaur textbooks and I wondered which one the professors/instructor would choose, so I guess he chose this one.
