Taylor just dropped the music video for Bejeweled. There were SO MANY Speak Now references in it! Wonder if that's her hinting at the next re-record

I think she may save debut for last just to finish where she started and have a whole full circle moment.

Midnights is really starting to grow on me. I have the week off this week. So I put my negativity cloak in the closet and gave it another go. I’m really starting to like some of the songs. I also think there are some good personal stories from Taylor. I like the two music videos. And I watched Taylor on Fallon. There might be hope after all.

I've seen it on TikTok, I've seen it in a new article, and now I'm getting really irritated at the people criticizing Taylor for the scene in Anti-Hero where the scale says that she's fat. People are offended by it because she's skinny, but she literally has an eating disorder. That's the point. Being fat is not the problem. Her brain telling her that it is the problem. it's me, hi, I'm the problem, it's me. If anyone is in the wrong here, it's society for putting so much pressure on people to be the perfect weight. Taylor shouldn't have to hide how her eating disorder makes her feel because people are offended by it. It's her experience. Everyone loves for Taylor to tell personal stories in her songs until they don't like what she has to say.

I have to criticize many things an Midnights, but that's something I don't have to criticize.

Everyone loves for Taylor to tell personal stories in her songs until they don't like what she has to say. That scene is the best in the entire video. It’s hilarious. I think it’s recognizable for so many. When you step on a scale, it doesn’t matter what your body looks like, you get those little demons in your head telling you you’re fat. Like Chantel and Daniel pointed out: people on the internet purposely try to create drama and wars. It’s probably their way of getting attention; making it about them; finding a reason to vent their frustration about whatever.

I don’t know many people who step on the scale and aren’t disappointed or annoyed no matter what their weight is, even if they’re losing it. It’s just the way our brains are wired, we never think we’re good enough and so I thought that was a very sad but relatable scene, not offensive in the least.

Looking through a lot of the album rankings/reviews, mine is totally different hahahaha. This is so interesting because I love the different interpretations. This album is as if Rep and 1989 had a baby, if ya know what I mean, and I LOVE IT. One thing I noticed was the DRAMATIC difference from the songs that were produced by Aaron vs. Jack. I felt like the Aaron ones were kind of folklory, but I loved them just the same, even if they didn't fit with the first dynamic of the album.
1. would've, could've, should've (simply because this song is so freaking relatable) 2. mastermind 3. bejeweled 4. karma 5. bigger than the whole sky 6. you're on your own, kid 7. anti-hero 8. high infidelity 9. question...? 10. maroon 11. the great war 12. lavender haze 13. hits different 14. vigilante sh*t 15. sweet nothing 16. paris 17. midnight rain 18. snow on the beach (i was so excited for this, but i was like severely underwhelmed after i heard it) 19. labyrinth 20. dear reader 21. glitch

I watched the video again, and that part is now edited out. I thought that it was only in the Apple Music version according to the reports, but when I watched it on YouTube, it is also removed there. Any idea who actually decided to take that part out?
