It's a cool video even though I don't understand what the fish indicate According to google In Japan, the koi is a symbol of luck, prosperity, and good fortune, and also of perseverance in the face of adversity But in context of the video it’s a representation of her fishbowl from the lover video becoming a universe and it’s a nod to the guitar she played on the Speak Now tour. |

But I have to say, it's the very first time I don't like a music video of her. It's not feeling like a Taylor music video for me, it feels more like a video I could've seen from any other female singer. Never had that feeling with any of her videos, but like I said in the past, I don't have to like every little thing she does as long as I like the most of it  |

It's not feeling like a Taylor music video for me, it feels more like a video I could've seen from any other female singer. I didn't care too much for the video either! Swifties here in my country got creative in a hilarious way when they saw the video. They made ad parodies of every lavender-scented product available here with it, including liquid soaps, fabric softeners, and even mosquito coils and insecticides. 😂 Here's a parody of the fabric softener ad with parts of the music video placed in it, as well as the actual ad used as its source. Whoever created the parody did a splendid job. I like the parodies a lot. What country are you from if you don't mind me asking? |

I'm from the Philippines. 😊 Taylor has a really huge fanbase here, and listening parties for Taylor's albums here (especially for Midnights) can be easily mistaken for mini-concerts. I really like lavender Haze the video actually. my first thought was this is not a Taylor video that I am used to but after watching it a it a few more times its not to bad. Its cool to see something a bit different.
