That's actually really clever! I hope she does release it that way (that means RED would be after 1989 and y'all know how much I love the RED album) And this is the best opportunity for her to finally release 1989 on cassette for the full 80s effect. (She didn't do it back in BMR, right?) Now if I could get my old cassette player working again... I don’t know why I just realized this yesterday but yeah this means every album will be on cassette which is so great  reputation is the only one with BMR that was put on cassette |

I think this is a special mix btw - I don't see her removing the heartbeat which was quite integral to the song.

I think it depends on whether or not BMR has copyrighted it...I don't think they do as Taylor owns the composition right but she may have to alter it a tiny bit...must be a strange thing to have to re-record.... |

You know, Wildest Dreams was never my favourite song off 1989 and 1989 was never one of my favourite Taylor albums but, hearing these new clips of Wildest Dreams is just filling me with more nostalgia than I knew I had for this album and is making me go back and listen to the songs off this album again (non-official releases though cause f*** Scott squared). I'm just so excited to hear all of these re-recordings! It's such a nice thing that as fans we get to relive all the moments that made us fall in love with Taylor in the first place. Honestly, this is SO much better than a greatest hits album in my opinion. We get to relive and hear updated versions of her ENTIRE discography and that's super cool!

that's a good point Tara about the promotional stuff.
With all this I do wonder how she'll rerelease 1989. The production of the album was pretty "bombastic" along with Reputation and it seems so far the re-recordings have had lesser production on her voice. The Wildest Dreams doesn't sound too different but we'll see. I'm interested.

You know, Wildest Dreams was never my favourite song off 1989 and 1989 was never one of my favourite Taylor albums but, hearing these new clips of Wildest Dreams is just filling me with more nostalgia than I knew I had for this album and is making me go back and listen to the songs off this album again (non-official releases though cause f*** Scott squared). It is funny because I was a little irked she appears to be doing 1989 again next because 1989 has the worst nostalgia for me as a fan. I didn't like it, I didn't feel it was authentic, I felt like the album came out of a place where she was trying SO hard to convince everyone she was great and happy but she wasn't. Which I ended up being kind of correct considering what came out in the documentary later, but it didn't stop the swifties of the time calling me a fake fan, telling me I wasn't mature enough for the album, etc. so this was like the worst time to be a swiftie for me. Besides Lover, where I outright sold my merch and became an ex-Taylor Swift fan. but I think I kind of took that back because this dumb idiot bought some of the new exclusive fearless merch.  |

At the end of the day it all comes down to sentiment. I can honestly say that Folklore and Red are my top 2 and everything else kind of fluctuates. |

I read something on 'Facebook' in a Taylor fan group that she might be releasing her "F1RST" five albums in a certain order. That is: F - 'FEARLESS'1 - '1989'R - 'RED'S - 'Speak Now'T - 'Taylor Swift'Then 'Reputation' eventually... That's actually really clever!
