Sorry it's not the official trailer! I couldn't find it on Youtube. :c I wonder if this means 1989 is next!
Also...kind of hope the song is just in the trailer and not the actual movie 'cause...some of the lines are inappropriate for a kid's movie...

This was very unexpected, but it sounds amazing! It pretty much sounds exactly the same as the original recording to me. It's weird she posted about it on 'Facebook' where I saw the post, but nothing on 'Twitter' from Taylor's official account.
I was convinced 'Speak Now' was coming next...I guess 'Wildest Dreams' doesn't mean '1989' will come next, but 'FEARLESS' did come first after a clip of 'Love Story' was played in a movie commercial a few months before it was released along with the news of the album it was on being re-released.

This little snippet does sound good, though! I wasn't sure if all of the music was Wildest Dreams (Taylor's Version) or if they added something with it. I can't wait to find out! The percussion already sounds so much richer and the strings ALSO TAYLOR'S VOCALS! It sounds like they tried to make it sound more cinematic like the version they used in the music video/on the 1989 tour. I hope it's like that for the album and not just this trailer. |

I like Taylor changing the songs a bit, because let’s be honest... even if you’re totally against streaming Taylor’s old music, you probably own it already and are we really just going to stop listening to the old recordings? When I want to listen to Love Story I feel like I’ll be going for the original, not the new one. Not that the new one isn’t GOOD, but you know, classics... so the new recordings being a bit different is exciting, it makes it something different to listen to.

So does this mean that 1989 will be the next re-release? most likely! I'm excited for all of the albums and '1989' is amazing, but I was thinking 'Speak Now' would come next since she had purple hints and stuff. So it's a tiny bit disappointing if it's '1989' next. I wonder if it's '1989' next when its release date will be. Will it be two or three months after 'FEARLESS'? |

My theory is she is releasing them in the order of how requested the songs are. For example, she mentioned that she was receiving hundreds of requests to use 'Love Story' every week but had to knock all of them back. She won't have to do that now that her version is released. And there would probably be a similar number of requests for 'Shake It Off' and the other singles from 1989 (as such) so she'll release that after Fearless, and so forth.
