Now the question is do I make "evermore" it's own section or combine it with folklore...ah decisions, decisions. personally I would give it it's own section!

Confession: I’ve never sobbed and cried my eyes out to a Taylor song. Ronan has made me cry a little, same with Soon You’ll Get Better. Cried while listening to You Are In Love once because I thought I would never experience love. I did cry while listening to Cornelia Street a few weeks ago but none of those cries were like the ones I had while listening to champagne problems, happiness, and marjorie. Maybe it’s because it’s been a bad day but those songs ripped every scab off my wounds. Like how did she do that with happiness? How did she basically write a song about my life? Then, if my eyes could see right through the tears, her grandma’s vocals are on marjorie! It’s stupid to say because it’s highly obvious but that song means everything to Taylor. And now it means everything to me. Because I would give anything for one more day with my Grandma. And may I live long enough to be able to say as well that “long story short, I survived” and know that the pain won’t last for evermore.

It's nice that Taylor releases a new album, but I'm not hyped at all, because it is too fast after the last album. I mean, they don't even shipped everything from Folklore release week (vinyls), now there is a new one. And because it is so fast I don't have the money to buy 8 CDs again and a few lithos or something. I'm a bit disappointed. I thought we have time to take a breath. I was going to post about or find the post I made after 'Folklore' was released and I was talking with you I believe. I said I saw a meme someone made of Taylor looking confused and the text was her asking herself if she should release her next album on September 13th or December 13th. Well, it sure isn't off from when it is actually released ( December 11th)! Yeah I had to think about it yesterday, I think I said, if she keeps speeding up with the releases we have the next album in December or January. I now say that, if she is keeping the pace, we have the next album in April

I was wondering why I couldn’t buy the album in the iTunes store, some songs were not available. Turns out it were the songs with “explicit” content. Apple blocked that... Now I’m really curious. I expect very raunchy songs or heavy cursing!

Anyway I have discovered my very specific niche, which is songs about dead grandmas' ghosts coming to visit their grandkids. I wonder if marjorie was inspired by Only If For A Night by Florence and The Machine at all. If not, it's funny that they wrote two fairly similar songs about the grandmas visiting them in dreams and helping them stay on track with their careers.

Do you think we’re moving towards a music industry algorithm? Or maybe it already exist?

I didn’t know “Only if For A Night” was about her grandma. It’s one of the best songs on Ceremonials.
