I actually think a limit of four is better than the alternative...having stock obliterated by scalpers... When they have ridiculously long shipping times it makes me wonder if they are waiting to see how many of each music product they have to make from orders? If they're limited edition I'm surprised none of the deluxe albums or single vinyl record things are sold out yet.

I never got the email (:/) but someone on 'Reddit' posted about the cardigan merch item design being changed so a patch says "Folklore Album" instead of just "Folklore" I think because apparently some small brand made a big stretch and called 'Taylor Nation' out online about the font/logo looking similar to theirs.

Has anyone talked to customer service and gotten any response back? I still have not gotten an email back about cancelling my one order because I re-made an order a few days ago with the cheaper items without digital downloads after Shandi showed me about them.

It would be so exciting to get a signed CD, with my luck I’m sure I would miss out on it again though... I was thinking last night that they should do something like with concert tickets with the virtual line thing. Or release them in batches throughout the day. Just some way that everyone would have an equal opportunity of getting one.

I see that they have changed their policy to "Offer limited to 4 of each cardigan single collection items per cart" on the web page of the newest 'Cardigan' picture disc so I guess it might not apply to the deluxe album vinyl records and CDs.

I have read some posts online about people talking about Taylor's merch and it seems like lots of people are disappointed again that there are limited edition deals for items. I've read posts on 'Tumblr' of how it is like a scam or a money grab, which is almost tone-deaf in a pandemic. I guess it's not as bad as it was at the start but some people are still financially in ruins because of the virus. They are pushing items on fans for one day or two days each time, thinking that people like that process or something. I've read posts about how people are disappointed because they bought something that was limited edition and then they became disappointed when they saw something they liked better on another release of limited edition items. I've seen a few posts too by one user on 'Tumblr' and they blame Taylor too and think she can stop it or that the fans need to let her know about it. But the user pointed out how Taylor is most obviously aware of it and she's actually promoting it, because she made a post yesterday about the 'Cardigan' single CD and vinyl records being on the online store and she included in her post that it's only available for a few days or something like that.
I think Taylor SHOULD think about this and make changes to this, but a lot of it is probably the 'Universal' label/company. They annoyingly do this with many (if not all) of their other artists where they release limited edition items over and over again or surprise things that are only available for a day or two or a week. I don't know if she could push back at them or change it at all. She knows fans like merch, but we've never had to deal with this ever before where there is an unfair short time limit on when we can purchase certain items.

Everyone is getting rather sick of it. Especially during this time. I see it as taking advantage because they know people want merch and when they put "limited edition" in the title people will be afraid to miss it and chances of never getting it, so they're gonna impulsively buy it. It's a horrible thing to do really. Taylor has major power, so she can have great say in what happens. I just hope she will listen to us.

I’m really surprised Taylor hasn’t taken advantage of the masks for the virus thing and sold a few different designs with her name or picture on it. Every other single decision or sale she has had lately have all been (sadly) about making money, so why not masks.

So...What will the confetti be for ’Folklore’ album orders...!? Grey-scale hearts (black, grey, white)? It would be really dumb of them to use bright colored hearts or something when the album is all black and white in theme.

I don’t know if a confetti company would make colors like that but I guess they could do a special order for Taylor.
