What do you think the chance of getting signed music items is? I do not keep up with merch from other artists but I saw online how Ariana Grande and J*st*n B*eber sold about four different signed covers for a single CD (for 'Stuck With You'). I don't know if they did this right when it was released or later on. 'Universal' seems to really push limited edition items (annoyingly) and signed items (which is great) for most of their artists. Will Taylor agree to sign some? I think it's slim. She doesn't seem to want this album to be about her, which is why she's not really part of a lot of the covers and she stated about how the album isn't about her life. She still wrote it. It's her album. I won't give up hope... I still am disappointed how she never sold '1989' or 'Reputation' signed. Every other album has been signed online or at concerts, except for those two. And 'Folklore' so far. You have to try to buy them off other people who got them in person, and you have to judge if you think they're real or fake.

I know, but I feel like she doesn't want it to be 'a Taylor Swift' album but just something she wrote. Like I don't even think this is necessarily symbolic of the direction her music will continue in, I think it was just something she just felt she had to make during quarantine and to regain some songwriting credentials after Lover.

I didn’t like the cardigan at first, but after seeing countless celebrities on my twitter timeline wearing it I feel like it’s important to the era. I wonder how the sizing is? I usually get a medium, but the sizing goes xs-s and m-l... usually I would lean more towards the large, but I got a reputation shirt in M and it’s huge, not at all the fit like I’ve seen on Taylor when she wore it... One of my regrets is not getting the album cover sweatshirt for 1989... I risked it and went with the XS/S. I don't wear either of those sizes but it looks pretty big and I didn't want it to swallow me up if I got a M/L. I SWEAR it said Taylor was wearing the XS/S in the lookbook but now it says she's wearing the M/L in the music video! You could always try taking your measurements!

Bwah, 8 “different” versions of the album, yikes. That’s way too much. It’ll cost people a fortune to collect more of the same. And...I hope they will make some merch for guys. And nobody better complain about it, either, because you're the one making the choice to buy the same CD 8 times. Or the same album 16 times, if they want the vinyl, too. 8 versions of the album is a little extra but I think that's just Taylor for you! At least it's not TS20! What do you mean? Like specific items? I thought almost all of the shirts and hoodies so far have been unisex. Plus, all of the colors are faded/washed out/muted/however you want to describe it.

Maybe the hoodies and the white t-shirt. I don’t see guys wearing one of the other items. The colors aren’t as bad as Lover, but combined with the style it’s still very feminine. In general I don’t find most items appealing because just the word Folklore doesn’t really relate to Taylor. The cardigan would only be useful if one would play in a golf tournament

it would be nice if they sold music products without the digital download, there's no reason to have twenty downloads... also the store responded to me and told me that music downloads are non-refundable. Even though I would have gotten the same amount of downloads if I hadn't even bought the cropped shirt. Oh well.

Really?? I think this is the longest shipping period I have EVER seen. Currently the page for the 'Cardigan' 7 inch vinyl record says "18-20 WEEKS"!!!!! We'll all be 80 by the time that comes around.
Also, it makes NO sense for there to be a limit of 4 music items per purchase/order. They must have just added this. Maybe it's to do with the new 'Cardigan' gold-ish looking vinyl records, but isn't the whole freaking point of selling the 8 deluxe vinyl records and 8 deluxe CDs to get people to buy them ALL?? People can buy music items in separate orders, but what a stupid restriction to add all of a sudden. Are people going to seriously make several orders of 4 music items at one time? What if someone wants every item? They would be making 5 orders minimum.

This is just a speculation of mine, but I am going to be keeping a close eye to the online store on Thursday (July 30th) when the current 48 hour products go away. I wish I was right, but I am wondering if there would be the signed CD? I was trying to think back to the chaos of last year when 'ME!' was released and how it was absolute madness (like it is now) for them to release limited edition merch every day or every two days. Then at the end or last day just about, Taylor made her social media post at the same time as the signed 'ME!' single CDs were released and she said she wanted to thank us or something for how successful 'ME!' was and there would be the signed CDs for 24 hours or while supplies last (they sure went fast). I checked dates and 'ME!' was released April 26th 2019 on a Friday, and the signed single CDs were dropped on May 2nd 2019, a Thursday. I think it was around 5 PM or 6 PM or so because I remember I think being home from work (my summer job that ends at 5 PM) and I looked on the computer and at her online store and was shocked to see them and made an order quickly.
So if she's going to have something signed I'm going to make sure to watch on Thursday/Friday.

I can't remember the exact rule because it's 8am and I just woke up, but if you buy five it counts as either one sale or as only four sales. It's specifically to stop fans or artists bulk buying albums to boost their sales figures.

I actually think a limit of four is better than the alternative...having stock obliterated by scalpers...

It would be so exciting to get a signed CD, with my luck I’m sure I would miss out on it again though...
