I’m a stupid American who needs a dictionary for these kind of songs XD I can’t decide if I should listen to it now or wait a few days for my CD to arrive. This album makes me feel real smart although, I do admit, I did have to look up what an elegy was but that’s the only word! |

10/10 would recommend a trip to the Lakes if any of you are ever in the UK, although Windermere is the most popular and a lil bit touristy so don't go there unless it's just for the song

I finally listened to 'The Lakes' and it's kind of dramatic (just when you listen to it at first) but it isn't as bad as I thought it would be. With 'Folklore' I've had to have time to listen to the songs several times to start to like them and want to listen to them more. I thought 'The Lakes' would be the same, but I think I sort of like it already.

Remember when we were all like "Lover was released in the shortest amount of time after a previous album, so Taylor probably won't have another album for a few years" then 'Folklore' was released. Damn.
