it took me hours but the new theme is finally done. I'm going to update the music box and watch the 49ers win this game and go to Super Bowl

I'll be honest, I'm surprised you guys throw in with the 49'ers. San Francisco is quite a distance from your neck of the woods, shouldn't you be cheering for New York or something?

They'll start collecting amazing players over the next couple years just you watch. I'll root for Buffalo as they are the closest NFL team to me and typically the underdog but they aren't my go to team. Also does anyone root for the Giants or the Jets? Like, really? Also, I want to point out that the NFL is missing out on a golden opportunity to give the PR a team and name them the Sharks. My dad really became a football fan in San Fran's golden age. I'm talking your Jerry Rice, Joe Montana, Joe Parry days. He's been a fan ever since. I'm not too sure when my mom became a Green Bay Fan but she loves Davonte Adams. I like KC mostly cause I think Patrick Mahomes is going to be a legend and I can say that's one player I've followed throughout their career. I think my dad liked the Oakland Raiders but they kind of fell off of his radar for awhile and then the Vegas trade happened and he started paying attention to them again. I think my dad would love to plan a trip to see a football game in the new Raiders stadium eventually. But yeah, that's why we root for the teams we root for. |

I think my dad follows it closely cause he used to play in high school. I remember a few Super Bowls ago I was watching the pre-show with him and he yelled me about how his coach used to advise him just to break a few ribs which lead to me asking him how many ribs HE had broke to which he said he had broken "enough". We typically just make some food and watch the game and I think our plans are more or less the same this year. It's kind of a "if people show up, they show up" type deal. |
