Even though I feel like I shouldn't have to remind a website that's main community is made up of adults this, I'm going to anyways.
The number 1 rule on this website in that there is NO BULLYING allowed ever! It doesn't matter how much you dislike someone, it is WRONG to call someone names, to make threats, to compare someone to one of the worst dictators of all time (like seriously, do you guys even take in consideration the pain and suffering that millions of jewish people had to face due to the results of the holocaust? Are you that apathetic? The fact that multiple of you have used this comparison makes me seriously disappointed. Any of you who have used that as a point of comparison should be ashamed in yourselves) and so on and so forth.
Something you guys may forget is that hate speech is a crime punishable to up to 5 years in jail and if you say the wrong the to the wrong person you could end up in jail. Besides does name calling make you any better? Does calling someone stupid make you smarter? Does calling someone horrible make you better than them? Does calling someone mean make you nice? No, it really doesn't. This is summed up really well in this Mean Girls clip
All this to say, if you guys continue breaking rules, you will be warned and if you continue to break rules after that your account will be suspended. If bullying continues to be a problem that plague our website en masse then you guys will leave me no choice but to permanently shut the website down. That is the last thing I want to do seeing that I poured my heart and soul into making this place as pristine as possible but if you guys can't be civil then I will have no other choice.
Also, if someone joins the forum who you DON'T like then block them. You can do this by clicking on the profile of the person you don't like, clicking the gear on their profile and hitting block (it should be the first option under that menu) and that will prevent you from seeing any of their posts.
I'm begging you guys, please think about what you say before you say it. You may not know anyone on this website personally but we are all humans here with real feelings. Take that into consideration next time you write a post calling someone a name or next time you make a snide remark.
