It would've been cool if they included 'Reputation' as another exclusive numbered vinyl for 'Record Store Black Friday 2018' if the vinyl was clear but had the "Taylor Swift" writing all over it like on the album cover.

There's usually a code on the back of the CD or vinyl or w/e that makes it distinct from different versions. Her Big Machine ones usually started with 'BMR' then go on to a bunch of numbers or something, but the numbers/codes are different for each version (or they should be). From memory that's how it works, but I'd have to double-check.

Yes! They both have different catalogue numbers (American always begin BMR), while European tend to just be the barcode with no gaps. You can see these codes both on the back with the credits, on the spine, and on the bottom of the hype stickers. You can also tell by the handwriting! The European editions were numbered by someone different, with very obvious handwriting (Though actually I think I have a European edition with the same handwriting as the American, but I haven't seen any others like this).

Off the top of my head all her previous music was released by Mercury Records in the UK at-least, and for 1989 it switched to Virgin EMI, but they rarely have their own logos stamped anywhere (Virgin have none). It's just mentioned in the fineprint in the credits, I think? I don't have any releases on me to check right now!
