I'm so tired of hearing fans talk about Taylor's boyfriend. I don't care about hearing about him. I only care about Taylor.

I haven’t seen any of the Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings movies and I’m not interested to do so at all. I’m also not interested in Super Hero or animated movies. And I don’t care about Pokemon.

This is a serious offense I'm so sorry. I'm more of "oh there's cheese on my plate, I guess I'll just eat it" not the "I NEED CHEESE MY LIFE RUNS ON CHEESE GIMME MORE CHEESE" type of person.

Unpopular opinion of the ultimate: I don't like star wars and I don't like Harry Potter. XD Me and my dad can't stand 'Star Wars' when we see commercials of it on TV. It's so annoying. I would never be interested in that type of movie.

I've never watched 'Pokemon' shows or whatever they have, but I found the 'Pokemon' app that came out last summer interesting and fun sort of. I haven't played it in a long time though...
Fun Fact: I found my first Pikachu finally when I was in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada when my family and I was there on vacation in British Columbia last summer and he was in the village there!

Alright here we go.
I totally first hand respect how angry some of the fans are about this eras prices. I personally think it is crap to make merch I could probably make at home for $10, $60. So I am pretty annoyed by the merch this era. Nonetheless the actual ticket prices, maybe the program itself is annoying but I don't exactly hold the prices against Taylor.
When we first discovered Taylor, most of us, she was a budding country star. After RED era, her popularity or coverage in media skyrocketed. She went from a popular country star to an A-list musician. A-list musicians sadly aren't cheap to see. It IS a business, and singers throughout the ages have gained most of their profit from the actual concerts. It is a basic tale of supply and demand. As she gained popularity, demand goes up. There is a limited supply however, of available seats. This causes the price of seats to go up. Now, if this tour doesn't sell well due to the prices, the price will fall, as there is less demand for the supply at a price. So, per say, if people don't buy the tickets the prices lower in the form of supply rising to demand and the fact the business model is to make a profit, and if she isn't making a profit she needs to find the ideal price that she makes the most profit for the demand she receives. Of course, if the seats are filled, the prices will stay as is. So...

You really feel she's gained that much popularity from 1989 to reputation to justify tripling prices? If anything she lost fans since she isn't aimed at the kid friendly demographic anymore. She could set the prices to $3000 a ticket and there will still be rich people that will buy them all up. It's an unethical buisness practice.
