I don't appreciate bugs that think THEY GET TO LIVE IN MY APARTMENT WITHOUT PAYING RENT! (probably wouldn't be so bad if my cat was a better hunter...)

I don’t appreciate potholes in the road surface, which if I can’t avoid while cycling, might lead to me being up-ended and in all sorts of trouble 🚴🏻♂️😬

I don't appreciate it when people say that they find the word 'appreciate' annoying.

Over here (The Netherlands) de roads are very good and the facilities for bicycles are amazing. But when I cross the border to Germany or Belgium they are a lot worse.

I don't appreciate that my commute home has become 2 times longer cause of ALL THE CONSTRUCTION. I also don't appreciate that my town has become a victim of gentrification.

Tell me about construction delays... The point where two major roads intersect has been getting redeveloped for over two years and won’t be finished til next summer! I’ve had to find a whole new route, or else my commute takes twice as long, queuing in the roadworks. Sometimes, it’s actually quicker to cycle to work!

The one major road has had construction happening on it for over a year and now the other side of this road will have the same story which means the other major road is the only way people can get through town. During rush hour a drive that would take me 5 minutes takes me a half hour and to make things even better the bypass they were supposed to start building to reduce traffic has had it's funding delayed until 2021. By that time there will be at least 2 more hi-rise apartment buildings and at least 3 new subdivisions. When my family moved here it was a small victorian village, it's hardly recognizable now.

Oh dear, that sounds like major gentrification! The section I’m referring to used to take 5 minutes too, but can now take the best part of an hour. The odd time I’ve forgotten to turn off at the earlier exit, I’ve cursed myself no end!

There's literally construction going on everywhere where I live and it's pathetic. They all had to choose the end of summer to do these projects. :/
