TC Valentine’s Day Project 2018

Welcome to the 2018 TC Valentine’s Day Project! This is a project that started in 2014, when a friend of mine created it. In 2015 there was not one as far as I know, and in 2016 I decided to start it up again because I love Valentine’s Day! Why? I don’t know, maybe it’s the simplicity of it. It’s just a lovely time to me, the colors and the hearts and the time to show your loved ones how much you care. I’ve loved it since I was a little girl, and I will always love it I suppose. And that’s why I’m starting this again this year in 2018! So I guess you could consider it the semi annual Valentine’s Day Project, but hopefully I won’t be grounded next year so it might become annual in 2019 XD.

This project is very simple. It’s like a not secret Santa gift exchange! (Though it can be secret if you want) Here’s how it works; a swiftie fills out the forum below, stating if they want a surprise partner or they can choose any partner they want, as long as they are not already picked. (If you want to give a gift to someone already selected, go ahead! The more love the better!) if you select surprise partner, on 2/9/18, five days before Valentine’s Day, I will mix the names up and put the partners together! If you pick a particular partner, I will PM that person and ask if they want to be your partner. If they say no I will tell you they already have a partner so there are no hurt feelings people might actually already have a partner though, so don’t assume it’s a lie because I highly doubt anyone will say no, I’m sure they’ll be flattered! <3! So, on the 9th, (this date can change) the work really begins. You’ve got to get a gift for your partner! Graphics are ideal, although songs or poems or absolutely anything will work just fine! You can even give your valentine partner more than one gift! Graphics can be made yourself or requested, but if you request please PM the graphic maker, as your valentine partner shouldn’t see his/her gift before Valentine’s Day! When your gift is done, PM it to me (unless you prefer to post it yourself on 2/14/18) and I will post it on Valentine’s Day! MAKE SURE you get the gift to me by 2/13/18! If you don’t think you can finish this project, don’t start it because there will be a heartbroken swiftie waiting for his/her gift!
ALSO if you want to do the secret Santa thing, ask for SECRET instead of a swiftie’s name or surprise. Then I will set a person up with another swiftie who wants it to be a secret, then when you get your gift you can guess who it’s from! Or you can put your name on the gift and they will know on Valentine’s Day. If you pick secret I will PM you your partner’s name on the 9th, and you get to work! Secret partners are actually NOT partners, as YOUR secret partner will have a different secret partner of it wouldn’t really make sense because the swiftie would know who the secret person is! I don’t think I’m making any sense, but hopefully you get the picture.

I intend to participate in this, so request me if you want but be aware that I will have to drop out if there is an uneven number of people, and you’ll get a surprise partner instead.
