I love this theme! It's so Halloween-y but autumn-y too! And the words in this banner are so sweet!

My forum banner is still the September one :/ Is this something to do with my cookies or something?

My forum banner is still the September one :/ Is this something to do with my cookies or something? No, you probably don't have the right settings in your profile. Go to profile > edit profile, choose the settings tab. There's a picklist for the themes. If you set it to Theme Of The Month it will change every month. You probably have it on September theme 2018 manually at the moment. Note that after you change it and save the settings (button on the bottom), it doesn't change immediately. You have to refresh your browser (refresh button or ctrl+F5). Hope this helps

There might be a bug for the automatic change. Or it might switch to the old (manual) theme of the month when the admins add a new theme.

I've noticed that the new themes often don't have the likes feature on the mini-profiles in them...

You'll have to keep changing your theme each month if you want the newest one. When Sydney puts a new one up, she changes the name of the current theme of the month and instead of kicking people off that theme, it'll leave you on that one and you have to go back to the new theme of the month. I think if she did it the other way around it might not do it that way but I don't deal with themes all that much except for an opinion here or a suggestion there. The things is if I just changed the same template each month I would have to take that template down in order to do it so any time I would post the theme of the month it would show it live and I really don't want you guys to see unfinished themes before they are ready. I can look into it and see if there's a way I can change it using the same template instead of starting from a blank one but I don't know if it'll work.

This thought literally hit me just now and I deleted everything I had typed up. What if you put the site into maintenance mode and then swapped out the images and colors of the Theme Of The Month theme? Like do all your normal work on it the way you normally do, then when you think its finished, pick a night, put the site into maintenance mode so only staff can log on, switch the theme images and colors, then take it out of maintenance mode. I could do that, I would just have to warn people before I do that (I'd also have to figure out how to do that.....) Do you know if there's a way to duplicate the themes?

I love the new theme for November! Thank you! But we can't like any posts?? I can only quote other people's posts. And I've noticed every new theme doesn't show likes in the mini-profiles, but I guess you have to manually put them in each time.

I think this might be your best theme yet, Sydney!
