I just got loads of snaps from last night of my best friend drunkenly singing along to TIWWCHNT and honestly it's just reaffirmed why I'm friends with him

Got a cool new phone case and a hat I’d be looking for.

I'm so glad I'm feeling normal again today (it's good I got a good night's sleep to make me feel better). I HATE throwing up and feeling nauseous.

I'm so glad I'm feeling normal again today (it's good I got a good night's sleep to make me feel better). I HATE throwing up and feeling nauseous. Sorry to hear that Callie about you throwing up what happened? Thank you, JD. I made a post in the 'Vent 1.1.0' thread yesterday about it. I guess I got sick all of a sudden yesterday morning and I was puking for a few hours. I even puked in an empty 'Tim Horton's' cup a few times in the car afterwards (when I thought I was feeling better but actually wasn't I guess). I hate stomach bugs. I seem to get sick in December with them, as a year ago in the first week of December I was the worst sick I've ever been (I was puking and it was coming out the other end too). I missed a stupid final exam yesterday morning too but I thankfully get to write it on Tuesday morning instead. I was conflicted as to if I should go or not as when I got up (I hadn't slept the whole night), I wasn't puking yet but I didn't feel good and felt sick, but I ended up puking at 8:30 AM (the final exam started at 9:00 AM), so I knew I couldn't go then. I was worried about this final exam and I knew I wouldn't be able to focus at all if I went (I probably would have puked then even too in the garbage can and I would have felt so stupid), but this is good in a way as I get more time to study. I didn't study at all yesterday as I was sick the whole day and today I have to prepare for another final exam on Monday morning, so maybe tomorrow and Monday I'll study for the Tuesday morning exam... I wanted to get the stupid final exam yesterday morning over with badly, but it's good in a way I get more time to study sort of (even though I'm already busy with another exam).

Also, I'm happy that I don't have to do marking for my university marking job for a course this weekend. I went to pick up final exams from the professor yesterday, but the job term went until the last day of classes so he asked someone about it and he has to ask the dean about it. He said he didn't know as he's never had someone help him mark his final exams. So he said he would take them this weekend and mark his part (long answers), and then if I can mark them he would let me know on Monday after he asks the dean. I wish I could do marking as it's extra money. They would need to extend the job period or something. I wonder if the dean would allow it or not...
I'm glad I don't have to worry about the marking this weekend as I was sick all of yesterday and trying to feel better last night, and I still have two final exams to prepare for early next week. So I would have been busy anyways. If I did get to mark the final exams it would work out better this way as I could maybe start marking them Tuesday afternoon and I wouldn't have any interruptions for my own final exams to prepare for. He said he would like the marks entered by Thursday next week. It was a big pile of booklets, but I could focus on just them for the two days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and part of Thursday) anyways...

I think I'm feeling better. I hated feeling so sick earlier today. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy, so I hate feeling nauseous and throwing up. I would rather kill myself to be honest. I'm glad your feeling better

Wish I could join the fun! My dad said something about getting a tree yesterday but either he forgot or it was too dark to get one. (because he goes out into the woods and chops down a cedar tree as our Christmas tree )

I hope you're able to get yours soon...

My family always uses an artificial Christmas tree. I think it's better that way in my opinion. Then you can have it out for longer and you don't have to worry about watering it, etc.. Leave the poor real trees alone. I'm surprised that people in the news who are all about the environment haven't made a big stink about people cutting down trees every year for Christmas.

Taylor herself grew up on a Christmas tree farm. I envy her that. I'd have loved to have done so. If I'm not mistaken, most tree farms replace each tree they cut down...

Actually unless you have an artificial tree for about 20 years, it's better for the environment to get real trees.

I don't understand that as I would think that once something is made using it for a long time (and keeping it out of the landfill) is good for the environment.
