This video was made several years ago. It shows the first takeoff of the Airbus A380. It has some nice music and the takeoff is shown from several different angles.

I wish to finally someday get to fly on an 'Airbus A380'. I heard they're going to stop making them but they can't just stop using them so I hope they'll keep flying them for many years. I wonder if they will ever try to make an even bigger airplane than this one (the biggest passenger airplane so far).

The Boeing 747 is another jet airplane that I wish I could take a flight on. The airlines don't seem to want to place as many orders for these large airplanes as they used to. Maybe they aren't fuel fuel efficient.

Maybe they aren't fuel fuel efficient. Flying is amazing but I realize how bad it is for the environment. I really wish some smart person would finally invent something we can use for cars and airplanes that is good for the environment. It would save and help so many things. That probably is why they're switching to smaller airplanes. They're still pretty big but they're more efficient and they don't have to worry about filling as many seats as on the biggest airplanes. It's also weird how they say that bigger airplanes are quieter than smaller airplanes.

This video shows five Airbus A380 airplanes landing at Los Angeles International Airport. I really liked the way that the camera person allowed the airplanes to kind of disappear behind the billboard sign and emerge just before landing.

This jet airplane is shown flying over the Himalaya Mountains before it lands. I like the scenery shown in the video also.

This video features things from the past. The British Airways Concorde is shown landing and taking off from Kai Tak International Airport Hong Kong. Both this airplane and the airport are no longer in service. Pilots deemed this older Hong Kong airport to be one of the most difficult airports in the world for landing and taking off. This is demonstrated here watching the Concorde making low altitude maneuvers just before landing. Hong Kong now has a new and safer airport.

This video starts with the passenger airplanes of years ago and brings us up to the modern era. There is a short promotion at the end but I just ignore it.

This video gives a great pilot's view of the runway as this Boeing 747 lands in Houston, Texas.

This is a video of an American Airlines MD-80 flying from Dallas/Ft. Worth to Chicago. The camera work is excellent. At 4:20 are some of the best views of downtown Chicago that I have ever seen.

I wonder when things will get back to normal with flying. Not until there is finally a vaccine for the stupid virus. I don't know how expensive flying will get because of the money that airlines lost these past few months, but they can't double it or something because then NO ONE is going to fly, and what will they do then? They'll all have to close their corporations and airlines I guess.

I would think the airlines have reduced the number of flights. In the United States the commercial flights also carry the mail. If the airlines were no longer available maybe more mail would have to move by trucks or perhaps military aircraft. Maybe the postal service would get their own planes or use the aircraft from UPS and or Fed Ex.

It probably will increase because borders are opened up and people are allowed to go on vacation now. But I doubt if we’ll see it get back to 50% or more. Surveys show that about half of all people won’t start traveling by airplane. Airlines will continue to slide towards bankruptcy. Airlines need a capacity of about 80% to break even. The current trend is to lower prices, to persuade people to travel again. I understand it’s a big dilemma, because economically the downfall of airlines is a disaster. But ignoring health risks and pushing for more air travel is dangerous. Most European countries are doing okay, corona wise, but pretty much the rest of Europe and the world are a disaster. We definitely don’t want to import corona back to the civilized world.
