Reagan... you knew i would disagree with at least part of your thank you to me... so this shouldn't be a surprise... but i really think you do perfectly well in choosing your words... i know how frustrating it can be to find just the right ones to say how i feel sometimes, but i don't think you've ever failed to get your point across when you wanted to. Your words have touched me very often, so much so that i end up with tears in my eyes, but please don't take that as something bad, because it's just the opposite. Thank YOU for being so wonderful! You say thank you for "putting up with" our disagreements, but i don't feel it's like that at all. I feel that disagreements are inevitable in a friendship, it's being able to stay friends through them that makes the difference, and you've stuck around as well after them so ... thank YOU for THAT. Your friendship means a great deal to me and it's something i don't want to lose. Our conversations over the years have covered all sorts of ground, from the deeply serious to the completely nonsensical (i still recall a certain three or four page conversation made up of totally nothing but made-up words but it had me laughing so hard i was crying and my sides hurt... ) and i wouldn't trade any of them for anything ... and hey, i didn't ruin that sandwich, it did it all by itself simply by being what it was! And nothing about you is stupid, so you can just stop THAT train of thought right away. I would say i appreciate your friendship so much but now after you and FSN turned that word into ... what you did, I feel you'll just sit there laughing if i say it... but ... it's true... i do appreciate it, and i appreciate you so much.
