Taylor has been writing song lyrics on the RED signed albums And it makes me feel sad and gives me anxiety…Because it would be so cool to have all of them or any of them (just one). And also makes me sad because I’d NEVER be lucky enough to get one. Let alone a heart. I didn’t get a heart on ’Evermore’, ’FEARLESS (Taylor’s Version)’, and probably most likely for ’RED (Taylor’s Version)’…I am grateful for what I’ve gotten but it also just makes me sad to know I’m never lucky enough to somehow get a heart and/or lyrics like some other people somehow are lucky enough to get…

No worries I edit posts cause I use the wrong words or spelling all the time. I just hope they'll honour an exchange. I gave them all the details I could so I don't see why they wouldn't. I've never had issues with Taylor's merch before...(although my blue stars around my scars is looking a bit worse for wear but I think that was on purpose because it's supposed to have that distressed look but anyways). You could share pictures with them too. Which online store was it from? I don’t know how the Canadian Online Store is since I don’t deal with them very often, but the U.S. Online Store is pretty good usually as long as you get a good customer service representative. Some of them apparently don’t help very much. I’ve usually gotten decent people whenever I’ve sent an email to customer service. I ordered it through the US store which is why I'm not as worried. It's the main store so they probably have the most resources to deal with an exchange of this nature. If they ask for pictures I have no issues with that. The only thing I'm worried about is the shipping costs but I'd rather pay extra money for shipping than drop another $85 for a new sweater.

Did it arrive damaged or it broke soon after you started wearing it? It’s not your fault I assume so they need to pay for and cover shipping costs if they want you to return the damaged one. Sometimes they are really good and just send you a new one without asking for the other damaged one. But I’ve heard some customer service representatives ask for you to return it. I don’t know why, because it would cost them more unnecessary costs to get back a damaged product.

I'm fine with sending it back or just getting a new one sent to me. Although if they did just send me a new one without asking for the old one back I would fix the one that ripped and have 2 so I'm kind of hoping they ask for the old one back to spare my conscience.

I would not worry about it. It's your gain. I think I would feel bad if it was a small business, but I don't really care when a huge millions of dollars business doesn't get one piece of merchandise back that clearly wasn't worth what the price was put on it.

Well I guess when you put it that way. My mom said I should sew it into a pillow but I think I'd rather just repair it and have 2

They even aren't answering my first email with a question about the use of those addresses. When you speak fof the devil. They answered and said I should use my real address. I answered back with this:
That's the problem, as you probably can imagine, I'm not from the U.S., but the signed CD's for international customers are always so few that they are sold out just a few minutes after they are on the store, that's a big annoyance for many international fans, so many of us used those forwarder addresses just for those CD's because the U.S. ones often are still available when the countdown reaches zero. I always used my real address as the billing address (for every other order I used my real address as the shipping address), I never had a problem with those orders, they always where delivered without any problems and I never had to ask for a refund or reshipment for them, I always payed with Paypal, so you got the money for it. I think it's the wrong way to exclude the real and big fans (I have a whole room for my collection of Taylor) but scalpers can still buy those CD's and list them for extremely high prices on Ebay at the same time they appear on your store.
They answered that I should use my real address. I think they never really read my email, otherwise they would know that it's not possible to use it
I'm still on it.

I'm still on it. Got an answer from the Sr. Costumer Service Manager. But I don't know if they really look what it is about, because he told me that the package was delivered successfully to the address and the address will be blacklisted because it's a known forwarder address. And that it's not their responsibility if the package got lost or damaged after it was successfully delivered to that address (I know that since I started to use that address). But it can't be successfully delivered because it's never ordered, the address was already on the blacklist, so their system cancelled it as soon as I ordered it and I automatically got a refund. So I don't know what they think it is about, I mean my english isn't that bad that I write stuff that is something completely different, and they must see that the order got cancelled.
He also said that they can make one final reshipment, but only to my real address. I said that they can't reship it, because the order never got through and I never paid for it

But I really don't know what they think it all is about and I don't know which order he means Now I'm asking almost everyone who comes to my mind about someone they know who can help me with those US only orders, but found no one until now.

UMusic finally got back to me to tell me that they won’t exchange or refund me because I wore the sweater one time so I shot back by saying that it’s clearly a manufacturers defect and nothing should rip after one wear. I also said that I’ve spent over a thousand dollars on the store this year alone and that it’s disappointing that they won’t stand behind their product. They probably won’t reply to me for another 2 weeks (if at all) but at least I know how to sew.

I still have no new answer for my US only thing and they haven't answered my email that I want to cancel one of my orders, which they shipped after I wrote that email, and it's 5 days since I wrote it.
