It just annoys me a bit when there's people online like on 'Reddit' who get confetti and just throw it out. They may not know what to do with it but I would never throw something like that out. They should ask if someone else wants it before getting rid of it. I have lots of different colors of the basic hearts and the white and grey snowflakes. But I want the different color butterflies and flowers that are new for this season/year. I think most of them are just pastel colors like light yellow and light pink and light purple. I've been watching posts and pictures online that other people post for what colors and things other people get for confetti. |

My 'Reputation' merch order has YET to ship, as usual. Other people (and myself) have gotten emails finally from the online store saying about two items are unable to be produced, which makes no sense, and they chose a replacement product, and they're going to give a free gift or two free gifts depending on the product (WHILE SUPPLIES LAST). I am supposed to get one gift, but I bet I won't because mine will be the last order to ship. If it's a cool gift like something new or rare I will be very pissed if I don't get one, but if it's something not very good I won't be as upset. This is a very bad look for them to take so long to get orders shipped and to not be able to produce (for some unknown reason) two items. Update on Rep merch, hooded pullover with snake unable to be fulfilled |

I was SHOCKED to get a text notification that my order has FINALLY been processed! Wow! I better get a free gift...I wonder what they are...And I sure hope my box is filled with butterfly and flower confetti!!

So apparently I've seen from posts on 'Reddit' that the free gifts for replacement items in orders with the 'Reputation' merch are old 'Meredith & Olivia' things...They're the patches and pins...I already have them so I guess if I don't get a gift (which is pathetic as they should have never said they're while supplies last) they're not not something I don't have already...It would have been cool if they were new or exciting items, but I guess I'm not surprised. The online store is getting worse. I thought it was alright and their customer support was nice and helpful, but their shipping times and pre-order times are absolutely terrible. And this is the first time they've had an item that they supposedly can't fulfill or ship to people and have to make a replacement for it and give measly gifts. I wouldn't doubt if this happened again in the future unfortunately.

Finally my Reputation tour book and Miss Americana poster arrived, but I got no confetti at all Aw, I'm sorry. :c My guess would be they either forgot or maybe stopped production of the confetti just to limit the number of people in the warehouse. But I'm happy you got your package! |

I have a small box full of confetti from previous orders, but that's all hearts or snowflakes, so it would've been cool to have some different shape, but it's okay the way it is, at least I bought the book and poster and not the confetti.

Hopefully they continue using these shapes. You would think they would use butterflies and flowers into the fall at least and the rest of the summer (as long as they have some left and get more in of it if they run out of it). |
