Got my two Teardrops On My Guitar today, but they aren't numbered. Anyone who has the same problem? Or am I too blind to find the numbers? My Tim McGraw ones ar numbered on the backside. Somebody else had this issue. Was it Sharon? If your order promised them to be numbered, I would contact them about it. They should be able to rectify it, in some way. Yeah I contacted them yesterday, got a exchange/resending form and label, but it's for USPS and I'm in Germany, so I asked them again if I can use it in Germany too and what they will do with the vinyls, if they put the numbers on it and send them back (and how they know which numbers) or if they send new ones. Also it would be interesting to know if I have to py the postage, cause that would be very expensive. |

They send me two new vinyls and let me keep the two non-numbered because the label is only for USPS and not for Germany. But they asked for photos of the two non-nmbered ones, well I have no problems with photos of them  |

With the official 13th anniversary of Taylor's debut album coming up in a little over a month, what do you expect Big Machine to put out on this new store? I'm hoping for something grand, but I'm not sure what. Maybe a boxed-set of five vinyl singles for all five singles from the album?

With the official 13th anniversary of Taylor's debut album coming up in a little over a month, what do you expect Big Machine to put out on this new store? I'm hoping for something grand, but I'm not sure what. Maybe a boxed-set of five vinyl singles for all five singles from the album? I don't know, I have the feeling that there won't be much. But hopefully they can surprise me. |

But hopefully they can surprise me. Especially with how 'Big Machine' is owned by an idiot now and there wasn't a smooth transition to the new person. If they were on good terms they would probably do more and sell more. It would be nice to see some things for the debut album. |

I haven't received any emails about my TDOMG vinyl and I ordered it the day I came out? I sent Big Machine an email through their website but I haven't gotten a reply! Can somebody please help?

It's the address they have in their order confirmation and in my case they helped me with my not-numbered ones, you always get a response in less then two days. |
