I find it sketchy partly. How did she get a shirt literally the day after it was released? And the website originally said ships in 1 week in the least for some sizes for that shirt I believe. She could've made those hearts herself. But how did she get the sweater? From a secret session? And the online store has NEVER given confetti out. Why would they do that for a tour that is not even close to being announced yet for an album that we don't even know the name of yet? I think now she’s with Republic her store is a lot faster. My merch got dispatched within about ten minutes of my putting my order in. They might be fast but it depends on which size is ordered for a specific item. It's very confusing and really random how items have different number of weeks for shipping time for different sizes within the same item. I am very confused by the estimated shipping time lines too. Is saying 1 week a protection for them in case they do take 1 week to get it sent out because of a lot of orders and being very busy? The 3- 4 week shipping times confuse me too. And the 6 and 12 week shipping times are very confusing... |

All of them say the usual few week shipping period that we normally get for being international, no matter what items I put in my cart. I think this might be a Canada problem you’re encountering? EDIT-unless you mean the vinyls for the 4-12 weeks shipping times, in which case I assume that that’s just because there’s not a tonne of factories who press vinyls any more and there’s probably backlog in a lot of the factories following record store day. EDIT again lol-I’m seeing the differences now. I think it’s due to demand because I’m noticing in a lot of items the S, M, and L are taking the longest to ship, which I’d guess is due to them selling more than they’ve expected and having to get more printed. |

You know, I'm finding the new store a bit weird. They wouldn't allow me to use my debit card for payment (which isn't rare for webstores but it is an annoyance). also the old store would allow you to view prices in your country's currency but there was no option to switch to CAD. I had to google the currency exchange....

MY THEORY THE VINYLS WILL TAKE 12 WEEKS BECAUSE ONE IT TAKES AWHILE AND TWO THERE IS A SECRET SECOND SINGLE ON THE OTHER SIDE!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I really really really really freaked out when I saw the new stuff!!! I have to buy vinyl #2 and the CD single!! The problem is even if I bought all the music it would only be $37 and I refuse to pay the costly shipping XD I know international fans have it way worse but when I see if I spend $50 I get free shipping, that’s what I have to do because I HATE paying shipping XD But the only shirt I love enough to pay way too much for is the Awesome peach sweater and I can’t wear an XS, I could stretch for a S but I want a M... so unfair  I guess I’ll wait and see if more is released in a few hours, I really am scared the vinyl will sell out but maybe since it’s available for 72 hours and maybe if they haven’t made them yet it’ll be okay. I would maybe buy one of the crop tops but I only usually wear slightly cropped if any at all because not only am I not allowed I just wouldn’t feel comfortable with that much crop and I just can’t tell how much it is XD |

I like the peach awesome sweater but it's only available in an xs so....that's not happening. I kind of want to wait until the rest of the album (or at least the second single) comes around and there's a bit more variety in merch. Don't get me wrong, the stuff they have there now is nice but I do not have the self esteem to pull off a shirt that says "you can't spell awesome without me" on it. I want one that says that sort of but the crop is too much for me and the not cropped is too much in the other direction for me XD |

It’s a guessing game as to what it will come out to be lol. How pathetic is the Canadian dollar today? Ask ’Google’! Before I had a credit card I wanted to use my bank account to shop online too and I learned that my bank ’RBC’ has a free ’Virtual VISA Debit’ Card that they mail to you and connects to your bank account and it gives you a number you can enter into the box on a online store and it has a security code number on the back too. I got mine about a year and a half ago or something. But I have it connected to my ’PayPal’ or something or possibly ’PayPal’ lets you connect an actual bank account. |

Hm, not like super in love with the new collection. I love the style of the new crop but not what it says and I would be okay with the T-shirt but it’s just not worth $40. I sent an email to customer service about if the singles are while supplies last or will be totally available for the next sixty or so hours, if so then I can stick it out for another couple of days and maybe they will have something I absolutely love... although I realize that if I get free shipping I won’t get any of it for 12 weeks : /

Hopefully they might release a plain version of that style because it's so nice, but I just don't like the text. As for the merch, it doesn't appear to be limited in numbers, just in time. I think they're producing it based on orders, so you're probably good to wait until closer to the end of the 72 hour period. |

Sorry I think it did show in Canadian funds for me when you had Canada selected for the store but I think I often had the United States selected for some reason.
