I'm gonna have words with everyone who suggested I play The Last of Us. This is the creepiest game I've ever played, I've gone through like ten pairs of pants since yesterday. I hope you have enough pants, now with stores closed . You should play Man of Medan or Until Dawn, I found them much creepier But The Last Of Us is one of the greatest games.

I have a washing machine, I'll be fine. Frankly, with all these goddam clickers running around pants are the least of my concern.
Ha, if they're creepier than Last of Us then I want nothing to do with them. Game's giving me some serious heebie jeebies

Finally bought NASCAR Heat 4 Gold Edition for PS4 yesterday. I think it's the best NASCAR game for sngleplayers I have seen so far. Also I like that you have to start your career on dirt tracks like almost all real NASCAR drivers. I just have the problem on very small tracks, were you have to drift around the corners very hard, that I lose extremely much time at the corner exit, any advices Mew™ MyCastleCrumbledOvernight ?

I haven’t playEd heat five yet, except for a few races on free trial on my computer but I remember the short tracks being difficult on the other games. Maybe just keep doing practice following that line

I haven't played but I've watched some youtubers playing the game. Parts of the game are stupid in the way of the AI being stupidly fast. Especially at the dirt version of Richmond, they're just stupid fast. You'll want to not drift it too much because that will scrub off speed and slow you down, but if you have it set to like legend difficulty, you could potentially struggle until you can upgrade your car to like 85-90 across the board. This is the youtube career mode play through I watch and am basing all my info off of.

I still lose a few mph at the corner exit cause I can't hold the drift, but I constantly finish in the top five or six, I also won one race at Eldora. The line in the practice is often complete crap, other lines are often much faster. I also drive for existing teams, so car upgrades aren't possible I mean, I'm not a beginner with racing, but dirt tracks are new to me Something like that doesn't exist in Europe.

I almost said "I think Eldora is the only real dirt track in the game" but then I remembered Charlotte is in there too. But from what I saw the racing line in this game's Eldora is entirely unrealistic since the guy I watched race catfished around the bottom and it worked, when in real life you're faaaaar faster on the top. The NASCAR Heat games are kinda close with the dirt racing but its not exact by any means. Ok so NEXT season you may struggle a bit with your own team unless you choose to keep racing for other teams. Hang the rear end out and let her eat!

I wondered too that I was much faster at the bottom in Eldora than in the middle or even the high line. I've seen the Truck Series in Eldora a few times and they're driving mostly on the outside or the middle. But I want to leave the dirt tracks as fast as possible and go to the Truck Series, there I only have Eldora once per season and no other dirt tracks I also wondered that I was much faster on the outside at the Bristol dirt track version than on the inside. I would assume that the inside is much faster there.

Had my first race in the Gander Outdoor Truck Series today. Raced at Daytona and I never, really never, had so much fun in a NASCAR game driving a race on a superspeedway. It's unbelieveable how great they simulate the bumb drafting and the whole pack racing. I was almost a bit sd that after around 70 minutes the race was over. Could've raced two more hours. I got pushed in the lead 4 or 5 laps before the finish line and hold it, Then the last lap in turn 4 tey tricked me and overtook me, then I was three-wide driving across the finish line and was in fourth place at the end. I reeally never had such a great Superspeedway race. Man that was fun, but really hard and I had to concentrae extremely.

Asking for tips again. A NASCAR/oval setup is completely different to the european racing series. At the moment I have the problem that, at the beginning of a stint, with much fuel and new tyres I lose extremely much. After 15 laps at Bristol I was more than 4 seconds behind the last car. The longer the stint takes, the more I catch up and overtake again. How can I be fast from the beginning? Is it a tyre pressure problem? Should I staart with more tyre pressure? Cause the longer I drive the higher it gets (logically), or should I start with less pressure and risk getting the tyres worn down too fast? Or is it an entirely different problem? I'm driving on highest AI difficulty, otherwise I win every race with a large gap, and that is boring.

Basically either hope cautions fall in your favor or just ride it out as you continuously upgrade your car.

I'm driving the Truck Series for ThorSports Racing, they have a 5 star car, so I don't think it's the car, cause more than 5 stars aren't possible. I think it must has to do something with the tyre pressure. Guess I'm trying today.

He only drove hotseats before starting his own team in each series so I don't really know what it's like to drive full time for another team, guess my ability to help is gone.

Today at Martinsville the problem wasn't that big. I started with more tire pressure than usual, but didn't catch up that much later, maybe it's really just that you have to start with more tire pressure. That seems a bit odd, cause normally every team tries to start with a pressure that is as low as possible. I qualyfied fourth and started from third place cause one driver (don't know who anymore) started with the backup car. That was very lucky, cause you all now what happens to drivers that start on the outside in Martinsville. Then I won the race with a pass 4 laps before the end because I had less problems with backmarker traffic.

Again the only reference I have (as I've said for like 3 posts, I may talk too much ) is that career mode playthrough and he could take a midpack/backmarker hotseat car and win with it at Bristol, and then with his own car, a mismatch Speedway car on a short track and win with it there too. But then no matter what he would have a last place car at like Phoenix. Martinsville I think he had to win on luck and strategy.
