Come vist Ireland soon guys when things get normal. what are the tourist attractions in Ireland that you'd recommend? I don't ever really hear about people visiting Ireland. You should vist Titantic Quarter were famous ship was built. If you watch Game off Thrones theres well known places to vist were parts of filming were done like Dark hedges for example. Lots of good places to eat and drink.

Honestly a lot of the big appeal to Ireland is just driving round and seeing the nature which is absolutely stunning. In Northern Ireland you've got places like Belfast where you can see where the Titanic was built or go to Derry and learn about the Troubles (which I gather aren't particularly well known in the US?). There's also the Giant's Causeway which is really pretty. Then if you go to the Republic there's a lot to see, most notably Dublin where the big draws are probably Trinity College and the Guinness Storehouse. Beyond that the places people seem to like going are places like Blarney Castle to kiss the Blarney Stone, Dingle to try and see the Dingle Dolphin plus it's also on the Wild Atlantic Way which is really pretty, and the Cliffs of Moher. Source: three of my best friends are Irish and I'm literally counting down the days until I can go back. I love Ireland and I think if I had the opportunity to move there in the future I would in a heartbeat.

I've actually learned about the Troubles fairly recently, but that isn't something that's taught in schools so most people here probably don't know too much about it. And also are people all kissing the same stone in Blarney Castle? How does that work? It doesn't sound sanitary.

I mean probably not with all of *this* going on in the world haha even before Covid that seems unsanitary like you'd get diseased from that. I'm imagining a whole tour group in a line waiting to kiss this one stone back to back. I'm guessing people try to sanitize it before they kiss it.

Oh my god, this is the first time in years that I've been posting here!
I recognize a lot of names from people, friends back in the old Taylor Connect forum! How have you all been?
It's me, Pieter (TimeOfMyLife) from the Netherlands, I used to post A LOT on the forum.

I was wondering if this forum still existed, so I just checked it out. I don't know if it's alive or anything, but I'll find out. How are you? Did I miss anything here ?

How are you? Did I miss anything here ? All good, all good, powering through our Canadian weather. It’s about time the Dutch population doubled here. You missed a lot, approximately 4 whole albums!
