I’m not finished making them and I’m not sure if I’ll get my planned mail chance next week or not, it depends if I get off on Tuesday but I still won’t be finished with the cards so I don’t know what I’ll do... I guess I’ll just ask to stay home one day the following week and see if I can...

People! People! People! I received my Christmas card from Sharon today! It’s beautiful and amazing and I’m very grateful!  If I remember correctly she sent it last week. So that might be useful info that it takes about a week from the US to The Netherlands. |

I haven't sent mine yet and I'm not close to. I guess I should really try to send them next week or something. Who knows how pathetic 'Canada Post' will be with strikes before Christmas...

Im hoping to send the cards for the people on here this week. I just talk to the lady at the post office and she said that the strike is a rotating strike it's not affecting all regions at all times. If you're still getting your mail then you should be fine. If anything, I might be more affected by it since I'm closer to Toronto. |

OH btw, I can't speak for everyone but feel free to post pictures of the cards you receive from me (you guys can chose whether or not you want people to post pics of the cards you send them).

I don’t mind if anyone posts pictures of the cards I send, I might post a picture of them all together after everyone gets theirs.
I’m planning on finishing the cards today, like three more, and mail them tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

I read on a sign by greeting cards at 'Walmart' two days ago that said the deadlines for sending cards from Canada to get to places in the world in time for Christmas (December 25th 2018) is December 5th 2018, which seems to be a universal for anywhere other than North America, and the U.S. and Canada are a few days or a week later I think.

I bought six stamps earlier today (for the six people I know I'm sending cards to so far) so that's a good step I guess. I have to still write in the cards and I need to send them out probably Monday because I read something that said you should send international ones by December 5th 2018 to get there by Christmas.

I had a really gross day at work today but it was made 100% better by receiving sharonlovestaylor 's card! I love it so much and as soon as I can find the tape it'll be the first one hanging on the doorframe entering the living room! Thank you once again Sharon! You made my day! |
