I almost have my native plant assignment done for my 'Introduction to Biogeography' course. It's due on Monday. The due date sort of came up quickly. But I started collecting plants the first week of school. It's just weird how fast the due date came up. I'm done everything for it including the write ups for each plant but I just have to glue two plants onto their yardstick pieces of paper and let them dry and put them in the book I have for it and then it's done.

I finished it last night. I just had to glue two last plants onto their pages. You're supposed to have the stem(s) of the plant too. We could collect wildflowers, plants, shrubs, trees, etc. but they had to be "native". I have 15 when we were supposed to have 10 but I had already pressed the 5 that looked nice and I wanted to include them anyway after I realized more what "native" meant. So I put a note at the front of the assignment that I included the 5 other plants to show the diversity of plants found here. |
