I’m a bit confused by Taylor saying in an interview on ’Sirius XM Radio’ that she isn’t sure when the tour would start, when previously she said she thought it would start in 6-9 months. I hope it doesn’t start until late 2020 or something. I’ve been worrying about money and finances and the tour because I seem to have an inability to save money, so I hope the tour is put off for a while.

I think she might be bluffing-she probably didn't want to give Sirius XM the exclusive on the tour. She's mentioned thinking 6 months ahead for shows so I think that was a hint that tour would start in the next six months, which makes me think she might start in Asia/Australia/New Zealand this time.

Afterglow has moved up in it's ranks for me. I think it's the best song off the album. My friends all seem to like I Forgot That You Existed the best.

Yeah, on the first listen I didn’t really notice Afterglow. But now I really like it. The song has a shaky start, but gets good quickly. It’s so weird how the top songs for everyone vary. I saw quite a few people listing I Think He Knows in their top 3. In my opinion it’s the most forgettable song on the album. I skipped it several times already.

I WAS SCARED AT FIRST. Usually I like Taylor’s albums after the first listen but I didn’t with this one. But, I think I was just shocked and still trying to process that it was finally here because I listened to it the next day and liked it. So many lines on this album are actual #M O O Ds! Especially “I’m so terrified of if you ever walk away, I’d never walk Cornelia Street again” like it’s probably not healthy to stop doing things you love so as not to have a reminder of this person but whew...I can think of a few things I’d hate if this person ever walked away.
Alright, top 5: FALSE GOD (it was the only song I liked instantly on the first listen and it gave me Don’t Blame Me vibes which is my favorite song on reputation), Lover, I Forgot That You Existed, Cornelia Street, and Cruel Summer. But then there’s London Boy, I Think He Knows, Daylight, Afterglow...
Also, I will never ever EVER get over the “spelling is fun” part being taken out of ME! and I despise everyone that complained about it. c:

The Man is really inviting for inappropriate dancing. (technically everytime I dance, some would say it's inappropriate)

I don’t know if it was taytaytay who posted about it or someone I saw on a social media website but someone said they think this is an album to bridge between a new style or sound in TS8, which I agree with. This album seems to have a lot of horn and trumpet and instruments like that in it throughout it. I don’t know how to describe the style heard in this album. Is it like indie or something? I have no idea what to call it. This album is a little hectic because there’s so many different sounds and different sounding songs on it.

I post a lot so I honestly can't remember lmao It's definitely not indie. This album is definitely pop, maybe straying indie pop at a few points, but mostly it's electropop and synthpop.

On 1989 she worked with lots of experimental sounds. And before that she worked with lots of real instruments to create a rich sound. Reputation was the odd one out with a flat artificial sound. I’m glad she returned to using more instruments and vary the sound. On Lover there are a few unusual sounds in songs, but most of it is straight forward pop music.

I loved the green hair ends in the 'Lover' music video. I wish she would've shown purple and red too. She had a purple room in the music video but her hair wasn't colored because it was put up in a bun thing. She hasn't done purple yet. She did do red I guess in the 'You Need To Calm Down' music video but she could've done it in one of the rooms in the music video.

I felt the same way about Afterglow, I love it now! I Think He Knows is one of my favorites, I think it’s adorable. I’m a Carly Rae Jepsen fan so that’s probably why

I actually really like False God, I’m surprised. I don’t really feel much for Cornelia Street though, I guess I just don’t quite understand the meaning of it

It already starts getting boring after 2 minutes. On an album with many short songs, I don’t understand why it had to be so long.
