What annoys me is that I can’t cheat on my diet without feeling bad physically or psychologically. Losing all that weight was great, but it came at a cost. Pretty sure I developed an eating disorder and I think I have it under control, but man it sucks. It’s like a war within my own mind. Maybe you should see someone about your eating disorder problem Yeah maybe I should. I don’t really wanna talk about it with anyone because quite honestly it’s embarassing and shameful, but I may not have a choice. |

Well if you do decide to talk about it with a professional, they aren't there to judge you. So there's no need to be embarrassed or ashamed. I actually have a therapist who I’m really close too. He’s really more like family and I know he wouldn’t ever judge me. Actually has helped me quite a bit. Maybe I’ll talk to him, but still not something that’s easy to talk about. Likely necessary though. |

Likely necessary though. If you think you have any sort of mental health problem, seeking help is not optional. It's hard to get the courage up to do it but it's worth it to help make sure you're mentally healthy. |

You’re probably right Emma.
I thought I had this under control, but clearly I don’t.
I’m not equipped to deal with this by myself. Don’t think anyone is and trying to is very dangerous and quite honestly just stupid.
All my life I’ve prided myself on telling people to seek professional help if you need it because there are certain things in life you cannot handle by yourself and there is no shame in that.
Time to follow my own advice.

Power went out a little bit ago so we went to the store to get some wood for our fireplace and a lantern. We came back and just finished putting batteries in the lantern and then the power came back on of course.

't they come up with a heated one?
