How did you find a girlfriend / boyfriend?

When I found my wife Gerda, I had helped a friend move to another city.
When we finished we agreed to go to a local discotheque.
We were 3 young men, my friend, my one brother and I.
When we entered the disco there were few people. But there was good music.

Near us there were two girls.
At one point I had been on the dance floor together vith the other two boys, just to get some fun. But after a while, one of the girls was on the dance floor instead of my friend.
Therefore, we were now a girl and my brother and I. So, therefore, I waved to the other girl to bring her to the dance floor so we could become two boys and two girls.

The last girl knew to be Gerda

We 4 had some fun on the dance floor. And at one point we split into two pairs so I was dancing with Gerda and my brother with her friend.
Gradually we became more and more close and courageous.

And we gradually overcome our reluctance. Suddenly we stood and kissed.

That was the start of my relationship with Gerda.

How old were you when you started dating him?

nope and we have been together for over 20 years now

He was just any other co-worker, didn't think much about him. But one day he added me on Facebook and messaged me, so we started talking a little. Bunch of co-workers were gonna hang out at a bar one night and play pool, so I invited him to come along. He did join, but he has anxiety and it was getting bad so he ended up leaving early. That made me sad so I messaged him to find out where he went. I met back up with him and we walked around a park just talking the night away. Hung out a few times after that and he eventually (very nervously and cutely) asked me to be his girlfriend.

What's pretty cool is when he first messaged me, I was at IHOP with my sister. After we were officially together, we went to IHOP on a date and ended up sitting at the same exact table me and my sister were at.

Well if we're doing exes...

First person I kind of dated I'd known since I was 12. We has maths together in year 8 and he was always just kind of there lol but then we had history together when I was 15/16 and I'm pretty sure our teacher was actively trying to make us a thing because she'd always sit us at the same table or make us work together. We were then pretty good friends and we got put in the same tutor group in sixth form and things just kind of fell into place from there because we ended up in history class together again and had a lot of the same frees. We had our first kiss at my friend's 18th birthday party and from there it was on again off again until uni.

I met my first proper (ex)boyfriend on Tinder. We chatted for quite a while, he came to visit me on the day we had alpacas on campus and then we went for drinks. It was the first date I'd been on with someone I didn't know beforehand where I felt completely comfortable and at ease with them and it was pretty great. We ended up spending about 6 hours together on that first date and it was like neither of us wanted it to end. Whilst he turned out to be not a very nice person and did break my heart pretty badly, that first date still stands as the best date I've ever had and I hope one day that I'll have another one that was that great.
